Refund / Cancellation Policy

Ad in a Box is a custom-made digital product. Every box is produced specifically for your brand, from the brief and assets you send us. This policy explains exactly when you can cancel, when you can get your money back, and what happens if we get something wrong.

1. Cancelling before production starts

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins — that is, at any point after payment but before we have received your complete Brand Brief and usable assets and started work.

Email shashwat@theindierise.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.

2. Once production has begun

Once we have your complete Brand Brief and usable assets and production has started, the order is not refundable. The work is made to order and cannot be resold or reused, which is why the price is what it is.

If you are not sure you are ready, simply do not submit your Brand Brief yet — your order stays cancellable until you do.

3. If we miss the 24-hour window

If we fail to deliver within 24 hours of receiving your complete Brand Brief and usable assets, and the delay is our fault, you can ask for a full refund — and you keep any creatives we have already delivered.

This does not apply where the delay is caused by a brief that is incomplete or assets that are missing or unusable. In that case the 24-hour window has not started; see the Delivery Policy.

4. Production errors

If a delivered creative contains a clear error on our side — the wrong logo, a typographical error in copy you supplied, the wrong product image — tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.

Subjective redesigns are not included at the ₹499 Launch Edition price, and dissatisfaction with a creative direction is not on its own grounds for a refund. Your box contains 100 creatives across many directions precisely so that not every one of them has to be your favourite.

5. Advertising performance

We do not guarantee advertising results, and performance is not grounds for a refund. See our Terms of Service.

6. The AI UGC Mini Pack

The same rules apply: fully refundable before production starts, not refundable once it has begun.

7. Orders we cancel

If we cancel your order — for example because it falls outside what we produce, or because we cannot deliver — you get a full refund with no further liability on either side.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to post it to your account.
