Yes. Every creative is built from the information and assets you give us in your Brand Brief — your logo, your product images, your product name, benefits, offer, tone and the things you tell us not to say. They are not generic templates with a logo dropped in.

Only after all three are true: (1) your payment is successful, (2) your Brand Brief is complete, and (3) we've received all required, usable assets. If something is missing or unusable, we'll email you and the clock pauses until we have it.

Your logo (PNG or SVG), 3–10 clear product images, your website or product page link, your product name, description and price, your current offer or discount, who your customer is, the tone you want, and any claims we must not make. Brand guidelines and reference ads are welcome but optional. It takes 3–5 minutes.

Yes. Creatives are exported at 1080×1080 (square feed) and 1080×1350 (portrait feed) as PNG/JPG, which are the standard static formats for Meta and Instagram feed placements. Stories/Reels are vertical video placements — that's what the optional AI UGC Mini Pack covers.

No. Advertising results depend on many factors: your product, your offer, your audience, targeting, media buying, landing page and the creative itself. What we deliver is a large library of creative angles and hooks so you have far more to test. We won't promise performance, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Yes — 100 finished static ad images, according to the product specification on the product page.

One creative = one finished static ad image at one size. Your 100 are built from a set of creative directions combined with different hooks, headlines, product compositions, layouts, backgrounds and calls-to-action. Some creatives share a visual direction and differ by hook, headline or format. All are built around your product, and the full definition lives in our Terms of Service.

Corrections for clear production errors — a wrong logo, a typo in copy you supplied, a wrong product image — are fixed free of charge if you tell us within 7 days of delivery.

Subjective redesigns are not included at the ₹499 Launch Edition price: there are no unlimited revision rounds at this price. If a direction doesn't fit your brand, tell us what was off and we'll take it into account in your next box.

Yes — fully, right up until production starts. That means any time after payment but before you submit your Brand Brief and assets. Email us with your order number and you get every rupee back.

Once production has begun the order isn't refundable, because the work is made to order and can't be resold. And if we miss the 24-hour window through our own fault, you can ask for a full refund and keep whatever we've already delivered. It's all set out in our Refund / Cancellation Policy.

We'll email you and tell you exactly what's missing. The 24-hour production clock doesn't start until we have everything required, so the faster you send it, the faster you get your ads.

Yes. You get commercial usage rights to run the creatives in your own brand's advertising and social channels, per our Terms of Service. You can't resell them as templates or use them for a different brand.

No. This is the Launch Edition — a launch experiment. We'll keep it at ₹499 for as long as the experiment runs; if that changes, the price on this page changes. We don't use fake countdowns or fake stock counters.
