What is AI UGC?
UGC-style video ads (the "real person talking to camera" format) where the presenter is an AI-generated creator instead of a filmed person. You get the creator-led format that works in feeds without casting, shoots or scheduling.
Are these real creators?
No. Every creator on this site is an AI-generated, synthetic persona. They're not real people, and we say so wherever they appear. Please don't present them as real customers in your ads.
Can I choose my creator?
Yes. You pick from the creator library while you set up your order. Scale and Creative Engine let you pick up to 3.
How quickly will I receive my creatives?
Ads in a Box: within 24 hours of a complete brief. UGC Starter: 48 hours. Growth: 72 hours. Scale: 5 business days. Influencer plans: first videos within 5 business days, and the rest within 30 days. The clock starts when we have a complete brief.
Can I use the videos for advertising?
Yes. You can use the delivered videos in your own brand's paid ads and organic content, on any platform, with no expiry. You can't resell them or use them for another brand.
Can other companies use the same creator?
Yes, for library ("shared") creators. Other brands can pick the same creator, although your videos, scripts and product integration are made only for you.
Can you make videos in different languages?
Yes. English, Hindi and Hinglish are available now. If you need another language, choose "More Languages" and we'll confirm before production starts. If we can't do it, you get a full refund.
Can I provide my own script?
Yes. Paste it into the notes box on the review step, or send it when we confirm your brief.
Can I request revisions?
